What happens next
We reply within one working day. If the project looks like a fit, we visit the villa — no charge, no obligation. After the visit you get a written scope and an estimation of the project cost within 5 working days. A bill of quantities (BOQ) is the next step from there.
We will tell you at the first conversation if your budget and your brief do not line up. That conversation is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month four.
